I had 15+ years of brand strategy experience, an MBA from HEC Paris, and had worked with global brands like L'Oréal, Bose, and Unilever.
I knew my stuff.
But I was making only €3,000–€5,000 per month because I had no clue how to package my expertise into offers people could easily understand and buy.
People would say "How can I work with you?" and I'd stumble through some vague explanation about consulting services.
Needless to say, I didn't convert many clients.
Here's the real lesson I had to learn:
My problem wasn't any lack of expertise.
My problem was I had no clue how to turn that knowledge in my head into actual offers that make money round the clock.
I'd think: "Should I create a course? What about a workshop? How much should I charge? What should I even call it?"
Sound familiar? That analysis paralysis kept me stuck for months while others with less experience were already building profitable systems.
Most service founders think if they just create better content, clients will magically appear.
But that's backwards.
