Article 1: Scope of Application

These general terms and conditions of sale apply to all transactions concluded through the websites and platforms operated by Ignite, including but not limited to the following programs and services:

• AIOS Lite — small group cohort program

• AI OS Mastery Program — 1:1 or small cohort program

• Workshops — single-session or short-format group programs

• Power Hours — single-session advisory calls

• Any other programs or services offered by Ignite

Any natural or legal person who places an order via our secure payment platform (Stripe) or by PayPal is considered a "Client."

Article 2: Age Requirement

Ignite only accepts clients who are 18 years of age or older for all services, including coaching, workshops, and training programs. Any client who does not meet this requirement will be reimbursed in full and have access to the program revoked.

Article 3: Order Acceptance

Any order placed through a website or platform belonging to Ignite implies full and unreserved acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale.

Article 4: Pricing

Prices are indicated in euros (€) and are exclusive of VAT. As a sole proprietor operating under Dutch law, Ignite is registered for BTW (Dutch VAT). The applicable VAT rate is automatically applied at checkout based on your location. Prices may be updated at any time; however, the price applied to an order will be the price displayed at the time of purchase.

Article 5: Payment

Payment is due immediately at the time of purchase. You may pay by credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard), or PayPal. Secure online payment is processed through Stripe. All transmitted information is encrypted in accordance with current security standards. Ignite does not store your card details. Any guarantee regarding the security of the payment system is Stripe’s responsibility.

For installment plans: the first payment is due at the time of purchase, with subsequent payments charged automatically on the 1st of every month until the total amount is paid. Missed or failed payments will be retried. If payment cannot be collected after reasonable attempts, access to remaining sessions may be suspended until payment is resolved.

Article 6: Delivery of Services

The AI OS Mastery Program is delivered as live video sessions via Google Meet or Zoom. Session links are provided by email prior to each session. The program includes digital materials (worksheets, checklists, templates) delivered electronically. No physical products are shipped.

Article 7: Schedule & Format

Session schedules, formats, and durations vary by program and are communicated at the time of enrollment. Programs may be delivered as:

• 1:1 private sessions — scheduled on a mutually agreed day and time

• Small group cohorts — fixed scheduled sessions with a defined cohort of participants

• Single-session workshops — held on a fixed date and time as published at the time of purchase

For multi-session programs, all sessions must be completed within the timeframe communicated at enrollment. If you enroll as a 1:1 participant and a cohort option applies, you may be included in a cohort group at Ignite's discretion.

Article 8: Rescheduling & Missed Sessions

1:1 sessions can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.

No-shows or cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice count as a completed session. Ignite reserves the right to reschedule with 24 hours’ notice due to unforeseen circumstances.

Article 9: Cancellation & Refund Policy

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued after payment. Cancellation of an installment plan does not waive remaining payments. If Ignite cancels the program, a full refund will be issued.

Article 10: Client Responsibilities

Specific responsibilities vary by program and will be communicated at enrollment. In general, you agree to:

• Attend all scheduled sessions on time

• Complete any preparation tasks communicated before sessions

• Maintain any required software subscriptions necessary for participation (e.g., an active AI tool subscription)

• Provide relevant business context, brand assets, or materials as requested

• Dedicate time outside of sessions for practice and implementation, as indicated per program

Article 11: Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary business information, workflows, strategies, or data shared during the program. This includes API keys, brand assets, client lists, and custom workflows built during the engagement. Neither party will share the other’s confidential information with third parties without written consent.

Article 12: Intellectual Property

All custom workflows, skills, agents, and workspace configurations built by the Client during the program belong to the Client. Poulomi Basu / Ignite retains ownership of the training methodology, curriculum structure, and proprietary frameworks. The Client may not resell, redistribute, or teach this methodology without written permission.

Article 13: Limitation of Liability

Ignite provides training and guidance on AI tools and workflows. Results depend on the Client’s implementation, effort, and business context. Ignite does not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue increases, or time savings. Total liability under this agreement shall not exceed the total program fees paid by the Client.

Article 14: Protection of Personal Data

Ignite collects and processes personal data (name, email, payment details) solely for the purpose of delivering the program and communicating with participants. Your data will not be sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. By purchasing the program, you consent to receiving program-related emails. You may unsubscribe from promotional emails at any time using the unsubscribe link provided in each email. Data is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Dutch data protection law.

Article 15: Applicable Law

All clauses in these general terms and conditions, as well as all purchase and sale transactions referred to herein, are subject to the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Netherlands.
