The AI Architect Program

Build an AI System for Your Business That Improves Your Profitability, Helps You Scale Without Hiring, and Gives You More Personal Time Back

A 6-week live program that trains small business owners to build an AI-powered business that gives you more money and freedom from being buried in repetitive work like you never had before.

6 weekly live sessions 2 hours each week Maximum 6 participants English language Limburg, venue to be confirmed Target start: late October 2026
Who this is for

For busy founders and leaders who are drowning in operational & admin work & want to do more with AI

  • You want to spend more of your week on strategy, clients, and growth, but operational work keeps pulling you back in.
  • You already use ChatGPT or Claude for quick tasks, yet your workload still looks much the same.
  • You can see AI has a place in your business. You need help choosing the right processes and getting them to work reliably.
  • You’re ready to build during the sessions and test your systems between them.
What you build

6 weeks from now, real work is running through systems you built

You automate 3 business processes that run without you. Start with the work that costs you hours, then build the context, instructions, connections, and safety rules that let AI handle it consistently.

OUTCOME 01

3 processes running without you

Choose repeatable work from your own business. Build each process in manageable steps, test it, and make it dependable enough to use every week.

OUTCOME 02

An AI system that knows your business

Give AI the context it needs: your clients, voice, services, files, and rules. You spend less time explaining the same things in every new chat.

OUTCOME 03

The skill to keep building

Learn how to spot the right opportunity, turn a process into clear instructions, test the output, and fix a system when it goes off track.

Our build commitment: 3 agreed processes running in your business.

You build them with almost one-to-one guidance in the room. We keep helping until those 3 agreed processes are working.

Real systems, already running

Examples of what AI systems can handle across your business

Your 3 processes will come from your business. These examples show the size and shape of work that fits the program.

Ops and inbox

Inbox triage

Reads the inbox, sorts by urgency, labels the noise, and drafts relevant replies in your voice.

Meetings

Post-meeting follow-up

Pulls the transcript, files the notes, updates the CRM, creates tasks, and drafts the follow-up email.

Sales

Proposal creation

Loads the call notes, client context, services, and pricing rules, then drafts a proposal for your review.

Client work

Client reporting

Pulls the data, runs the numbers, finds the themes, drafts the report, and prepares the client email.

Content

Content ideas

Reads your notes and call transcripts, then turns them into ideas by channel and format.

Weekly operations

Management brief

Pulls the week’s tasks, pipeline, meetings, and deadlines into one brief so you know where to focus.

Your growth potential

How much more money could your business make if you outsourced the repetitive work to AI?

That’s the real question, isn’t it? How will the AI system help you grow. Move the sliders. You’ll see the hours you can save with AI systems, and how much more revenue you gain once they go into client work instead of admin.

The real reason

Why AI is not growing your business right now

You already use AI most days. But it’s still just another tab you open, and eventually doesn’t save that much time.

01
You
Open your AI tool. Write a prompt. A blank chat with no memory of your business and no access to your files.
Revision Hell
Back and forth prompting
Reword it. Re-explain your brand. Paste the context in again, every single session.
02
Close enough
You stop revising and ship the version that is nearly right.
03
Copy. Paste.
Into every tool. Every time. By hand. Then again tomorrow.

You use ChatGPT or Claude to write emails, brainstorm ideas, clean up copy, or get a quick answer when you’re stuck.

It’s a good first step, and it genuinely helps. But 3 things are missing:

  • No memory. It doesn’t know how your business works, so you re-explain yourself every session.
  • No connection. It can’t reach your email, your CRM, your calendar or your files.
  • No process. It answers whatever you ask, then forgets. Nothing runs on its own.
Your AI has no memory of your business, no connection to your tools, and no consistent process that gives consistent results. Give it those three things and the loop disappears.
How an AI-powered business works

You command and get finished work. In between, a 5-part system does the job.

User
You or your team trigger a task
The 5-layer AI system runs the tasks
The boss
Rules and guardrails
The brain
Consolidated data that feeds AI
AI employees
Skills and agents
The tools

Automation

Output
Output is added directly into the right tool

AI executes and operates. You command, review and decide.

That’s the whole shift, in 4 moves:

  • You command. You say what you want and what a good result looks like.
  • AI executes. AI employees pull your data, draft, format, compile, analyze, and move everything across your tools, giving you the final output.
  • AI operates. It runs according to the guidelines YOU specify, on autopilot.
  • You review and decide. The finished work comes back to you, and you make the call on what goes out.

The parts of this business that need your experience and personal touch stay with you. What you let the systems handle are the task execution. You work ON the business.

An AI operating system is only as good as the data and the training you give it.
That is exactly what these 6 weeks build.
Examples

What these systems do once they are running

Three real businesses, three different bottlenecks. Each one started the same way: find the work that’s costing hours, then build the system that does it.

Bookkeeping and tax consultancy
8 hrs to 2 hrs

Reconciliation time per client cut by 75%

Matching financial records was manual. The system now handles the first pass, giving the team room for more clients. That recovered about €27,000 in annual capacity.

Marketing consultant
+50%

More client capacity, without hiring

Client reporting took 2 full days per client. Each client now has a system that prepares the work in hours, increasing capacity without another hire.

Insurance brokerage
+211%

Increase in qualified inbound leads

The business had little time for content. The system now turns 4 source topics into 24 on-brand pieces every month.

Week by week

What you build, in what order

6 weekly live sessions. 2 hours per session. Each week combines a short teaching block with guided work on your business.

Before week 1

Application and fit conversation

You tell us about your business, current AI use, and the process ideas you want to explore. We check that the scope fits the cohort and set expectations before the first build session.

Week01
Find the hours AI should be saving you
Map where your week goes, choose the processes worth handing to AI, and define what a successful result looks like. You’ll narrow your list to 3 achievable processes.
You walk away with: your AI Opportunity Map and a 6-week build plan.
Week02
Set up your core system
Build the context layer and the rules that every process needs. Add your business information, permissions, approval points, and quality checks.
You walk away with: a working AI brain and a safety layer for the systems you build next.
Week03
Connect the tools involved in the work
Give AI controlled access to the apps used by your chosen processes. You’ll work with the right permissions and keep human approval where it belongs.
You walk away with: the required tools connected and ready to exchange real business data.
Week04
Build your first AI employee
Turn one process into clear instructions with a defined input, steps, checks, and finished result. Test it against real examples from your business.
You walk away with: your first working AI employee for a real operational task.
Week05
Build Your AI Team
One AI employee is useful. A team is what multiplies your capacity, and this is where your Core System and connected tools from weeks 2 and 3 come together.

You’ll build multiple AI employees that work off the same brain and the same tools, so one output becomes the next input instead of you carrying information between them.
You walk away with: your first AI team, multiple employees working together off the same brain and tools.
Week06
Automate Your Tasks
By now you have a team that does useful work. Now you make it run without being reminded.

Instead of someone opening a tool and typing a prompt, your systems start when the work needs to happen: a lead comes in, a meeting ends, a report is due, a client replies.

It picks the work up and moves it forward.

The last session closes with a wrap-up: you show the cohort what you built, we review the 3 goals you set in week 1, and you book your one-to-one consultation for after the program.
You walk away with: your AI team running on a schedule or trigger, handling real work without you starting it every time.
Week07
Your one-to-one consultation
There is no seventh group session. Instead you get a private consultation after the final week.

We review the 3 goals you set in week 1, what is running in your business now, what still needs attention, and where AI fits next.
You walk away with: a personal plan for what to build after the program.
This takes work between sessions. You’ll test with real inputs, note where the output fails, and make changes. The trainers can guide and troubleshoot with you, but your business knowledge is what makes each system useful.

How you’re supported

A small cohort with room for personal help

The structure is built for implementation. You get focused teaching, time to build, a small group to build alongside, and direct support if you get stuck.

6 live build sessions

2 hours each week, with teaching and guided work inside the same session.

A cohort of 6, building together

Everyone is solving the same kind of problem at the same time, so you can compare approaches and see what the others got working.

A WhatsApp group for the cohort

The room stays open between sessions. Ask each other, share what worked, post the thing that broke and get an answer before the next week.

A one-to-one WhatsApp thread

A direct line to both trainers for the questions you would rather not ask in the group. Share screenshots and get unstuck.

Up to 2 live calls when you are stuck

Book a call with either trainer at any point in the program, for the moments a build will not come right over chat.

Final one-to-one consultation

A private session after the final week. Review the 3 goals you set, what is running now, and where AI fits next in your business.

Meet your trainers

Business architecture and technical implementation, in the same room

You get 2 perspectives throughout the build: where AI belongs in the operation, and how to turn that process into a system that works.

Is this a fit?

The program is built for a specific kind of owner

This is for you if

  • You run an established business with real clients and repeatable work.
  • You can name at least one operational task that takes too much time each week.
  • You want to build and understand your system, with expert help beside you.
  • You can attend the live sessions in English and test your work between them.
  • You’re willing to start with focused processes before taking on a complex custom tool.

This won’t fit if

  • You want a broad tour of AI tools without a business process to improve.
  • You want the trainers to build the whole system for you while you watch.
  • You’re looking for help finding your first clients or starting a new business.
  • Your first project is a large dashboard or custom software product.
  • You can’t make time to test the systems between weekly sessions.
Before you start

What you need before we start

Four things. Nothing to install, and no new stack to buy.

  • Basic familiarity with AI tools. You’ve used ChatGPT, Claude or something similar.
  • A Claude Pro or Max account. That’s what we build in.
  • Your business context ready to load. Who you serve, how you talk, what you sell, how you deliver.
  • 3 to 4 hours a week. The live session, plus building between sessions on your own real work.

Questions

What business owners usually ask

Do I need coding experience?
You build with plain-language AI tools and learn the parts of the process you need. You should already be comfortable using ChatGPT or Claude for basic work.
What kind of processes can I build?
Focused, repeatable processes with a clear input and finished result work best. Examples include inbox triage, post-meeting follow-up, proposal drafting, client reports, content production, file sorting, and weekly management briefs. The fit conversation helps narrow your scope.
Will you build the system for me?
You build it during the cohort, with both trainers beside you. That matters because you learn how the system works, how to fix it, and how to add the next process after the program.
How much time should I set aside?
Plan for the 2-hour live session each week plus time to test with real business examples. Your exact testing time depends on the process, but the cohort will require work between sessions.
When will the cohort start?
The program is planned as 6 consecutive weekly sessions. Final dates and times will be confirmed once we know the availability of the selected participants.
Where will the live sessions take place?
Venue and delivery details are being finalized. Registering your interest makes sure you receive the confirmed location, schedule, and application first.
Why is the cohort limited to 6 people?
Each participant is working on different processes. A group of 6, supported by 2 trainers, leaves enough room for direct help, troubleshooting, and personal feedback during the sessions.
What language is the program in?
The sessions, the materials and the support between them are all in English. What you build does not have to be. Your systems can run in Dutch, German, or whichever language your business already works in.
